The rejection of claims 1 and 2 under § 102(b) over
Brezoczky is reversed. The rejection of claims 10-12, 17, 18,
26, 31, and 33-39 under § 102(b) over Brezoczky is sustained.
The rejection of claims 13 and 19 under § 103(a) over
Brezoczky is sustained.
The rejection of claims 3, 4, 14-16, 20-25, and 32 under
§ 103(a) over Brezoczky and Fukuoka is sustained. The rejection
of claims 3 and 4 impliedly includes a rejection of claim 1.
The rejection of claim 27 under § 103(a) over Brezoczky and
Kubo is sustained.
The rejection of claims 28 and 29 under § 103(a) over
Brezoczky, Kubo, and Fukuoka is sustained.
The rejection of claim 30 under § 103(a) over Brezoczky,
Kubo, and Saitoh is sustained.
In summary, at least one rejection of claims 1, 3, 4, and
10-39 is sustained and the rejection of claim 2 is reversed.
