                    Claims 11-16, 19, and 20 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112, first paragraph,                 
             as containing subject matter which was not described in the specification in such a way                
             as to enable skilled in the art to which it pertains, or with which it is most nearly                  
             connected, to make and/or use the invention.                                                           
                    Claims 1 and 6-10 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable                    
             over Hower, Shibusawa, and Maniwa.                                                                     
                    Claims 2-5 and 18 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable                    
             over Hower, Shibusawa, and the APA.                                                                    
                    Claims 11, 15, 16, 19, and 20 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being                     
             unpatentable over Hower and Maniwa.                                                                    
                    Claims 12-14 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over                    
             Hower, Maniwa, and the APA.                                                                            
                    Claim 17 has been canceled.
