feature sensor 240. As such claims 6 and 10 are not anticipated by Greer. The
examiner's position that such limitations are inherent in Greer is total speculation
unsupported by the teachings of Greer.
Since all the limitations of claims 6 and 10 are not disclosed in Greer for the
reasons set forth above, the decision of the examiner to reject independent claims 6
and 10, and claims 7 to 9, 11 and 15 to 20 dependent thereon, under 35 U.S.C.
§ 102(a) as anticipated by Greer is reversed.
