DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on the appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the
examiner’s final rejection of claims 1-3, 5 and 6, which are all the claims pending
in the application.
Claim 1 is illustrative of the subject matter on appeal and is reproduced
below:
1. A cosmetic skin lightening product delivered from a dual chamber
package comprising:
(A) a first composition within a first chamber of the dual chamber
package, the composition comprising:
(i) from about 15 to about 25% of stearic acid by weight of
the first composition;
(ii) from about 0.01 to about 10% of a skin lightening agent
by weight of the first composition;
