                   From the above calculations, both Diapers 2 and 4 have a proportion skew factor             
             of the absorbent core length in the back section divided by the combined absorbent                
             core length of the front section plus the central section to be less than about 0.10.             
             Thus, the claimed proportion skew factor is disclosed in Roe.                                     


                   For the reasons set forth above, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 1 to         
             20 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) is affirmed.                                                          


                                                CONCLUSION                                                     
                   To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 1 to 20 under                   
             35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph, is affirmed; and the decision of the examiner to               
             reject claims 1 to 20 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) is affirmed.
