DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal from the final rejection of claims 1, 3-13, 15-17, 19-28, and 30-
37. These are the only claims in the application. Claims 2, 14, 18, and 29 were
cancelled in Paper No. 9.
The claimed invention is directed to a method for viewing real estate properties.
The method allows the user to select real estate properties based upon entered criteria.
With a terminal, the user can view rotational panoramic images of the properties and
display additional panoramic visual images in response to a change perspective
command. Thus, the user can go on a “tour” of real estate property without physically
visiting the property. The method includes displaying a floor plan of the selected home
