                   § 112, second paragraph.  Thus, although the subject matter may not be                                              
                   adequately described as discussed above, the skilled artisan would understand                                       
                   the bounds of the claimed subject matter, and the rejection is reversed.                                            
                                                          CONCLUSION                                                                   
                           The rejection of claims 1-5 and 9-11 under 35 U.S.C. § 112, first                                           
                   paragraph, for lack of adequate written description is affirmed for claims 1-5 and                                  
                   9, but reversed for claims 10 and 11.  The rejection of claims 1-5 and 9-11 under                                   
                   35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph, for failing to particularly point out and                                        
                   distinctly claim the subject matter that applicant regards as the invention, is                                     
                   reversed for all the claims.
