DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner’s
final rejection of claims 28-33. Claims 28, 32 and 33 are representative of the
subject matter on appeal, and read as follows:
28. A pharmaceutical composition for administration via inhalation,
comprising salbutamol or a physiologically acceptable salt or
solvate thereof and lactose monohydrate crystals having an
elongation ratio in the range 1.55-2.20.
32. A multi-dose reservoir-type inhalation device comprising a
pharmaceutical composition according to claim 28.
