II. The Other Rejection
The other rejection before us in this appeal (the rejection
of claims 3, 4, 9, 10, 13, and 14 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being
obvious over Kuruma in view of Honbo, and further in view of
Nishimura), is also reversed because Nishimura does not cure the
aforementioned deficiencies of Kuruma in view of Honbo.
Hence, for the same reasons, discussed supra, we reverse the
rejection of claims 3, 4, 9, 10, 13, and 14 under 35 U.S.C. § 103
as being obvious over Kuruma in view of Honbo, and further in
view of Nishimura.
III. Conclusion
Each of the rejections is reversed.
