DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal from the final rejection of claims 1
through 13, all of the claims in the application.
Appellant’s invention addresses a method of nonhorizontally
securing semiconductor devices to a carrier. A basic
understanding of the invention can be derived from a reading of
exemplary claims 1 and 10, respective copies of which appear in
the APPENDIX to the main brief filed February 23, 2004.
