DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claims 1 to 3
and 6 to 30, which are all of the claims pending in this application. Claims 4, 5 and 33
have been canceled, claims 11 to 19 are allowable and claims 31 to 32 and 34 to 37
have been withdrawn from consideration.
We affirm.
