DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claims 1-6,
which are all of the claims pending in this application.
We AFFIRM-IN-PART.
BACKGROUND
The appellant's invention relates to large elongate vessels in which liquids and
activities in and on the liquids can be contained and controlled, the vessels being
formed of materials that can readily be assembled to form an elongate raceway
