DECISION ON APPEAL
This appeal is from a rejection of claims 1-9, which are all
of the pending claims.
THE INVENTION
The appellants claim 1) a method for producing a color
display tube wherein a blackened shadow mask is cooled rapidly to
decrease its thermal expansion coefficient, and 2) the color
