DECISION ON APPEAL
Appellant has appealed to the Board since the examiner
has twice rejected the pending claims 11 through 13, 19, 20, 25,
27, 28, 30, 39, 40 and 44 through 61 within 35 U.S.C. § 134. The
examiner’s last Office action rejecting the claims on appeal was
a non-final Office action mailed on November 17, 2003. The
claims on appeal are claims 19, 20, 25, 30, 39, 40, 44, 45, 47
