DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claims 1-3, 6, 7
and 9-12. Claims 4, 5 and 8, the only other claims pending in this application, stand
allowed.
BACKGROUND
The appellant's invention relates to a method for operating an internal
combustion engine. Further understanding of appellant’s invention may be obtained
