DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final
rejection of claims 11-21, which are all of the claims pending in
this application.
BACKGROUND
Appellants' invention relates to a hair dye composition and
a method of dyeing keratin fibers therewith. An understanding of
the invention can be derived from a reading of exemplary claim
11, which is reproduced below.
11. A hair dye comprising: (a) a cationic biopolymer; (b) an
alkyl and/or alkenyl oligoglycoside; and (c) a dye.
