DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal from the Examiner’s final rejection of claims 1-32
and 34-49, the only claims that remain pending in this application. We have
jurisdiction pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 134.
Appellants’ invention is directed to a method of manufacturing a
garment wherein a base web or garment subassembly, including webs, is
moved in a first direction and a fastener material in a second direction. The
