          4         In view of this request, it is—                                                  
          5         ORDERED that judgment be entered against the Northwestern                        
          6   University inventors for the invention of count 1 (Paper 1);                           
          7         FURTHER ORDERED that claims 1-18 of the 6,573,058 patent be                      
          8   CANCELED, 35 U.S.C. 135(a); and
