DECISION ON APPEAL
STATEMENT OF THE CASE
This is an appeal from the final rejection of claims 1, 2, 4, 6-23, 25
and 27-43. These are the only claims in the application.
The claimed invention is directed to a medical device which has a
body and a position sensor placed on the body. The position sensor is made
of Wiegand effect material. Such a material produces a magnetic field that
