SUMMARY AND ORDER
The rejections of claims 1-3, 5, 7, 8, 11, 12, and 15-18 as anticipated
by Sutter is sustained as to claims 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 11, 12, and 15-18 and
reversed as to claim 3. The rejections of claims 1, 2, 4, 5, 7-11, and 15-19 as
anticipated by Otani and claim 20 as unpatentable over Otani in view of
Wagner are sustained. The rejection of claims 1-3, 5-8, and 11-18 as
unpatentable over Kawahara in view of Sutter is sustained as to claims 1, 2,
5-8, and 11-18 and reversed as to claim 3. The rejection of claims 1-3, 5, 7-
12, and 15-19 as unpatentable over Small in view of Sutter is sustained as to
claims 1, 2, 5, 7-12, and 15-19 and reversed as to claim 3. The Examiner’s
decision is affirmed as to claims 1, 2, and 4-20 and reversed as to claim 3.
