STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Rogers and Chasko (Appellants) appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from
the Examiner’s final rejection of claims 1 through 25, which are all of the
claims pending in this application.
Appellants’ invention relates to a system and method for securing
transactional data transmitted over a wireless network in a store. The
