DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal from the Examiner’s final rejection of claims 19-26,
the only claims pending in this application. We have jurisdiction over the
appeal pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 6(b)(2006).
Appellants’ invention relates to a method of producing an aluminum
lithographic sheet from direct chill (DC) cast ingot. According to
Appellants, they have discovered that when aluminum alloy melt is prepared
