                                             CONCLUSION OF LAW                                                         
                        (1)  Appellants have failed to establish that the Examiner erred in                            
                        rejecting claims 1 and 3-9 as being unpatentable under                                         
                        35 U.S.C. § 102(e) over Tuttle.                                                                
                        (2)  Appellants have failed to establish that the Examiner erred in                            
                        rejecting claim 2 as being unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) over                          
                        Tuttle and Younis.                                                                             
                        (3)  Claims 1-9 are not patentable.                                                            

                                                     DECISION                                                          
                        The Examiner's rejections of claims 1-9 are affirmed.                                          
                        No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with                             
                        this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a)(1)(iv).
