                                         DECISION ON APPEAL                                                 
                      This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134(a) from the Final                  
               Rejection of claims 1-5, 7-15, and 17-30.  We have jurisdiction pursuant to                  
               35 U.S.C. § 6(b).                                                                            
                      We reverse.
