DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the
examiner’s final rejection of claims 1-16. Claims 1, 5, and 12 are

1. A chairmat for a floor comprising:
a planar substrate layer having a first side adjacent to the floor and a
second side opposite the floor;
decorative material disposed directly on said second side of said
substrate layer; and
