DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on the appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the
examiner’s final rejection of claims 1, 2, and 4-19, which are all the claims
pending in the application.
Claims 1, 2, 4, 7 and 11 are illustrative of the subject matter on appeal and
are reproduced below:
1. A convertible pantiliner including a liner, a baffle and an absorbent
core therebetween, said pantilinter further comprising at least one
embossed fold line defining a central area and two periphery side areas,
said central area having two longitudinal ends, with a first longitudinal end
being wider than the said second longitudinal end, and wherein said
pantiliner may be adjusted in size depending on panty size, by folding said
