STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Dean L. Rhoades (Appellant) appeals under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the
Examiner’s decision rejecting claims 1, 2, 5, 8, 9, 10 and 16-18. Claims 3,
4, 6, 7 and 11-15 stand withdrawn from consideration. We have jurisdiction
over this appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 6 (2002).
