                VI. Conclusion                                                                                
                      Stimming has not shown that “a means for impressing a positive                          
                voltage pulse on the anode” as it appears in claim 1 is not anticipated by the                
                fuel starvation methods recited in Wilkinson.                                                 
                VII.                                                                                          
                      Upon consideration of the record and for reasons given, it is                           
                             ORDERED that the Examiner’s rejection of claims 1-5, 8, 10,                      
                and 11 under 35 USC 102(b) is AFFIRMED; and                                                   
                             FURTHER ORDERED that no time period for taking any                               
                subsequent action in connection with this appeal may be extended under 37                     
                C.F.R. § 1.136(a).                                                                            
                             No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection                    
                with this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a).
