In conclusion, we have sustained the Examiner’s rejections of claims
1 through 11, 45, and 46 within 35 U.S.C. § 103, but have reversed the
rejections of the remaining claims on appeal also rejected under 35 U.S.C. §
103. Therefore, the decision of the Examiner rejecting claims 1 through 41
and 45 through 52 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is affirmed-in-part.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. §1.136(a). See 37 C.F.R.
§ 1.136(a)(1)(iv).
