1 D. Conclusion
2 In view of the record and the foregoing considerations, it is:
3 ORDERED that the Examiner's rejection of claims 21–28
4 and 33–39 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over the
5 combined teachings of Economikos, Van Zant, and Vossen is REVERSED.
6 FURTHER ORDERED that the Examiner's rejection of
7 claims 29 and 30 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over the
8 combined teachings of Economikos, Van Zant, Vossen, and Fitzgerald is
9 REVERSED.
10 FURTHER ORDERED that the Examiner's rejection of
11 claims 31 and 32 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over the
12 combined teachings of Economikos, Van Zant, Vossen, and Moon is
13 REVERSED.
14 FURTHER ORDERED that the Examiner shall take action not
15 inconsistent with this decision.
