STATEMENT OF THE CASE
This is an appeal from the Examiner’s Final Rejection of claims 1-10 and
21-23 under 35 U.S.C. § 112, ¶ 1 and of claims 1-8, 10, and 21-23 under § 103(a).
Dependent claim 9 has been indicated to be allowable if rewritten in independent
form (Answer 2).
