                                        DECISION ON APPEAL                                                 
                      This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the Examiner's decision                 
               rejecting claims 1-6.  We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6.                            
                      WE AFFIRM.                                                                           
                      Appellants claim a multilayer laminate comprising a polyester layer                  
               and a layer comprising a copolymer of ethylene and methyl acrylate                          
               obtained by copolymerization of ethylene monomers and methyl acrylate
