3) According to the Specification, “[a]ny tactile effect composition
can be used” (Specification ¶ [0011]).
4) The Specification discloses an embodiment in which “the tactile
effect composition and the color effect composition are in the same
layer. For example, the color effect composition can be flaked or
particularized and added to a coating having a tactile effect composition”
(Specification ¶ [0012]).
5) The Specification discloses another embodiment in which “the
color effect composition is in one coating layer, and the tactile effect
composition is in another coating layer. For example, the coating that
includes the color effect composition can be a basecoat, over which is
applied a clearcoat that does not contain the color effect composition; the
clearcoat can comprise the tactile effect composition” (Specification
¶ [0013]).
6) According to the Specification, Velvecron® is a suitable soft feel
clearcoat commercially available from PPG Industries, Inc.
(Specification ¶ [0013]). Velvecron® is a polyurethane functional
topcoat having a velvety, soft-touch feel.

7) JP ‘976 discloses “microbeads with an average grain particle of
0.1-100 µm that contain a fluorescent pigment and/or fluorescent dye
and resin compositions for paints that contain them for forming painted
films with excellent light resistance (weather resistance), abrasion
resistance, scratch resistance, coloration, durability, and touch feel” (JP
‘976, ¶ [0107]).
