DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the
examiner’s final rejection of claims 1 and 9. We have jurisdiction under 35
U.S.C. § 6(b). The claims read as follows:
1. A display device including, a planar element having a face adapted to
carry for display purposes an image or images, the planar element being
formed of a flexible or resilient material and being secured to or being
adapted to be connected to a securing means by which the device is adapted
