The board shall report to the Controller at the beginning of each month for the month preceding the amount and source of all revenue received by it pursuant to this chapter, and shall pay the entire amount thereof to the Treasurer for deposit in the Dispensing Opticians Fund, which fund is created to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
