California Civil Code Section 1916.11

CA Civ Code § 1916.11 (2017)  

Notwithstanding any other remedy a borrower may have based on an alleged failure to comply with Sections 1916.5 through 1916.9, the lien of the mortgage or deed of trust shall be valid.
