Current CalWORKs recipients are eligible for all child care services under this article as long as they continue to receive aid under Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 11200) of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Welfare and Institutions Code, or any successor program. Family size and income, for purposes of calculating family fees, shall be determined pursuant to Section 8263.
