California Food And Agricultural Code Section 25.5Legal Research Home > California Lawyer > Food and Agricultural Code > California Food And Agricultural Code Section 25.5 "Aquaculture" means that form of agriculture devoted to the propagation, cultivation, maintenance, harvesting, processing, distribution, and marketing of aquatic plants and animals in marine, brackish, and fresh water.
