California Food and Agricultural Code Section 35863

CA Food & Agri Code § 35863 (2017)  

Guaranteed pasteurized milk shall conform to all the requirements for guaranteed raw milk, except that it shall contain not more than 3,000 bacteria per milliliter at the time of delivery to the consumer.
