California Water Code ARTICLE 2 - Consolidation and Segregation

• Section 34725.
  The board may consolidate the offices of assessor and tax collector.(Amended by Stats. 1975, Ch. 206.)
• Section 34726.
  The order of consolidation of offices shall be made at least 90 days prior to a general district election.(Amended by Stats. 1965, Ch. 2019.)
• Section 34727.
  The board may, at least 90 days before a general district election, segregate any offices which have previously been consolidated.(Amended by Stats. 1965, Ch. 2019.)
