Agricultural movements. The operation of a motor vehicle or combination of vehicles controlled and operated by a private motor carrier of property that is using the vehicle to transport nonhazardous or hazardous agricultural crop production fertilizers or agricultural chemicals from a local source of supply to farm or field, from one farm or field to another, or from farm or field back to the local source of supply.
