Signal wires; bare signal wires

Sec. 8. (a) Signal wires shall be supported on insulators and
insulated properly where they cross power lines.
(b) Bare signal wires that are readily accessible to personal
contact shall not carry more than forty (40) volts not to exceed one
tenth (.1) amperes.
