Locomotives and conveyors; seating facilities
Sec. 5. (A) Locomotives, mine cars, shuttle-cars, supply cars,
conveyors, and all other haulage equipment shall be maintained in a
safe operating condition.
(B) Wherever practicable, self-propelled mobile equipment for
use underground and ordered after March 8, 1955, shall be equipped
with an emergency brake and with safe seating or standing facilities
for the use of the operator while tramming.
