Funds and money not permitted for use
Sec. 4. The department is not permitted to use for work force
development or the work force development centers established
under section 1 of this chapter any of the following:
(1) Money received from an employer or the employer's
predecessors under IC 22-4-11-2.
(2) The special employment and training services fund
established under IC 22-4-25.
(3) The unemployment insurance benefit fund established under
IC 22-4-26.
