"Eligible student"
Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "eligible student" means:
(1) a student who is:
(A) enrolled in a public high school as a senior;
(B) at risk of withdrawing from school before graduation;
and
(C) at risk under the criteria for determining at risk students
under IC 21-3-1.6-1.1; or
(2) a student who is enrolled in the final year of a special
education program.
