"Institution"
Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "institution" means:
(1) a campus of a state educational institution (as defined in
IC 20-12-0.5-1);
(2) a school corporation; or
(3) an area vocational school;
as described in section 2 or 3 of this chapter.
