Recommendations on statewide technical proficiencies;
curriculum; standards for program approval
Sec. 10. (a) In addition to the duties set forth in section 9 of this
chapter, the panel shall make recommendations concerning statewide
technical proficiencies to the department of education and the
commission for higher education.
(b) The Indiana state board of education shall establish a
curriculum based on the recommendations under subsection (a).
(c) The commission for higher education shall incorporate the
recommended statewide technical proficiencies into the
commission's standards for program approval.
