Panel established; purpose; membership
Sec. 2. The workforce proficiency panel is established within the
department to oversee the development of technical proficiencies and
the technical field certificates of achievement at the secondary level
under IC 20-32-3 and the postsecondary level under IC 20-12-1-10.
The panel consists of nine (9) members who:
(1) are appointed by the governor; and
(2) represent employers, employees, and educators.
