Indiana Code - Labor and Safety - Title 22, Section 22-9.5-2-10

"Disabled" defined

Sec. 10. (a) "Disabled" means, with respect to a person:
(1) a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one
(1) or more of the person's major life activities;
(2) a record of having an impairment described in subdivision
(1); or
(3) being regarded as having an impairment described in
subdivision (1).
(b) The term does not include current illegal use of or addiction
to a controlled substance (as defined in Section 102 of the Controlled
Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802)).
(c) The term does not include an individual solely because that
individual is a transvestite.
