Filing petitions; notice
Sec. 8. Upon the filing of a petition for the appointment of a
guardian or the issuance of a protective order under this article,
notice shall be given to the incapacitated person, and to other
persons, in the manner provided by IC 29-3-6, and also to the
Department as provided by this chapter.
